✅Sexual health requires a positive and respectful approach to sexuality and sexual relationships, as well as the ability to have pleasurable and safe sexual experiences free from coercion, discrimination, and violence.
⚖️Achieving and maintaining sexual health requires that the sexual rights of all people be respected, protected, and upheld.

World Sexual Health Day - 4th September
📆🗓Ngày 4/9 hằng năm được chọn là Ngày Sức khỏe Tình dục Thế giới - World Sexual Health Day.
⚠️Ở Việt Nam, nhiều rào cản về văn hóa và sự e ngại khiến vấn đề này chưa được quan tâm đúng mức. Sức khỏe tình dục không chỉ dừng lại ở việc phòng tránh các bệnh lây truyền qua đường tình dục hay kế hoạch hóa gia đình. Nó còn bao gồm:
❤️Sự an toàn và sự hài lòng trong đời sống tình dục.
🩷Khả năng xây dựng mối quan hệ tình cảm lành mạnh, dựa trên sự tôn trọng lẫn nhau.
💙Quyền được tiếp cận kiến thức, dịch vụ y tế và tư vấn đúng đắn.
Khi có sức khỏe tình dục tốt, chúng ta không chỉ sống khỏe mạnh về thể chất mà còn hạnh phúc hơn về tinh thần và cảm xúc. Hãy bắt đầu từ những điều nhỏ:
✅Sử dụng các biện pháp dự phòng an toàn.
📷Duy trì lối sống lành mạnh, chung thủy, tránh căng thẳng và chất kích thích.
✅Luôn giao tiếp cởi mở, tôn trọng và đồng thuận trong mối quan hệ.
✅Chủ động thăm khám sức khỏe sinh sản định kỳ (tầm soát bệnh lây qua đường tình dục, tầm soát tiền hôn nhân ở nam và nữ,...).

📢AHF Vietnam gave organic eggs to patients at the Dinh Hoa District General Hospital in Thai Nguyen Province as a part of the Food For Health program.
💝We also met with representatives of the Thai Nguyen CDC, Dinh Hoa DGH, and the administrator of Dinh Hoa High School to prepare for the International Women's Day event on March 8 at this school, with nearly 1,800 participants.
