@yuu_m____ I have also had this for about 4 years. Some days are worse than others. I just had a baby and not getting enough sleep, lots of moving around and things that require hand-eye coordination. It is tough. Stay hydrated, stay off the screens, go outside and stretch. Try to relax. :)
