After, The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) rules mandate that credit card issuers must calculate interest and late fees strictly on the unpaid outstanding amount, rather than the entire billed amount.
I have been charged by @kotakcares Rs 11000 for a non payment of Rs 5000.
@KotakCares You know what @KotakCares says? They said the they charged interest on the next month billing. Not the interest on 5k. And that's the guidelines from @RBI to charge the full amount interest on unpaid and next billing amount.
Can you please advise this 3rd call on papers?

@KotakCares I had a billing amount of Rs 1,79,000 and I paid 1,74,000 and there was a due of 5,000 and in next billing circle your company made it 11,000 with Gst. @RBI this is what happing even after new laws enforced. I have all the call records on what @KotakCares has advised me.

Now after 2 months, they say that you can only return the product at the same address where it was delivered.
When i told them that its your fault, you didn't inform me and asked for the compensation for the harrasment, i have beared from 2 months
