About 16 hours for me between matches.
24+ hours for my dear friend Chen tomorrow after having a full day off before facing me today.
Lovely to see recovery being given the importance it deserves. Funny how schedules have a way of taking care of recovery. I only wish they took care of everyone the same way. 😉😂💪🙏
One of the things I’m most grateful for in my badminton journey is the friendship and camaraderie I’ve found with such an incredible group of girls. ❤️
Thank you for the friendship, the respect, and all the memories we’ve shared over the years. This journey would have meant so much less without all of you.
I truly believe our generation is special. The love, respect, and bond we share is something incredibly rare, and I’ll always be grateful for it. 🤍🙏

Full-scale VIP protection for Shinde Sena thug Corporator Ramesh Mhatre in hospital, even as the 2 Doctors he slapped & punched tell me they are receiving threat calls from his goons and are too scared to return to work.
"The best trips are the ones they never see coming. Made it to the USA, pulled off the surprise, and finally got to meet my beautiful new niece"
What a beautiful video from Satwik. His brother's reaction, priceless. 🥹
(Lovely choice of music too!)

To understand the Pooja Singh’s emotion and the enormity of her 1.93m jump we must track the (regrettable) durability of Indian national women’s high jump record record…
In 22 years it has moved only by 2 centimetres. Bobby Aloysius with 1.91 metres in 2004 and Sahana Kumari 1.92 in 2012…
This is still way below the Asian record of 2.0m by a Kazakh jumper…but she hasn’t repeated it since 2021..
At 19, Pooja, from a poor family in Haryana, has the time. And this fame will ensure she gets the best coaching and gets to compete at elite level…
AND POOJA CREATES HISTORY BY BREAKING 14 YEAR OLD NATIONAL RECORD! 🤯💥
India's Pooja Singh cleared 1.93m & won the Gold Medal for India at Asian U20 Athletics C'ship 🏅
She also breached the CWG Qualification Mark
THIS IS SO HUGE FOLKS! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Caught red-handed! First in queue at railway counter, OTP verified twice, yet ticket given to a broker. Staff arguing when confronted. Tatkal scam still thriving.

Delhi High Court has convicted me for contempt of Court and sentenced me to 6 months in Prison
My only mistake is to seek accountability, transparency, swift justice from Indian Judiciary
@satyate1@gharkekalesh Though many a times people do try to cross the tracks even when footover bridges are there...
But are you sure there is no footover bridge? If that's the case ....
Railway is responsible for this tragedy.
