@redBus_in and @makemytrip I paid ₹2,782 for a PRIMO booking. After payment, RedBus changed it to NON-PRIMO without informing me. I discovered it and contacted RedBus before travel. This isn’t an operator issue. RedBus changed what I had paid for.
@redBus_in@makemytripcare@prakashsangam kindly look into this, your customer service team is unresponsive and it has been more than 20 days of my complaint. @redBus_in was my preferred bus booking app but now I feel @abhibusIN is more reliable when it comes to complaint redressal. @jagograhakjago

I told RedBus I felt unsafe travelling because my booking was no longer Primo. Their response: don’t travel if you feel unsafe. I did not simply “no-show”. I raised the issue BEFORE departure and gave RedBus the opportunity to resolve it.
RedBus calls Primo a service “specially curated by redBus” with an “assurance” around safety, comfort & punctuality. What is that assurance worth if RedBus can downgrade a paid Primo booking without informing the customer?
A supervisor later told me a backend representative would call. I explicitly asked them NOT to close my case until then. 2 days later, RedBus closed it anyway. No call. No resolution. Instead: ₹278 against my ₹2,782 booking.
@redBus_in this is bigger than my refund. If customers can pay for Primo and have RedBus change it without notice, why pay a premium through RedBus at all? Book directly with operators and avoid paying for assurances RedBus may not honour.
@redBus_in and @makemytripcare I am approaching consumer court for a resolution as I am getting no response from you. Please expect a legal notice soon. Thanks!
