@bsnl_care DM you mobile number for further contact. But resolve this issue for all your customers, as Add-on Data is not working as per functionality. After finishing Daily Data. Add-on Data needs to be utilised which is not happening.

This is a general issue related to your Add-on Data services policy which all customers would be facing but no one is bothering you to correct it bcz they know, nothing would happen.
So with due respect I am complaining for this, kindly resolve it for all customers.

U can file RTI later with your complaint letter if not satisfied and file an formal complaint with consumer seva and Railways.

If not provided meet the Pantry Car manager, there is complaint book, write complaint in it.
