If you really care for customer's inconvenience and poor customer service then :

➡️ Fill up the vacancies for better customer service

➡️ Private Bank : 400 customer per employee; Govt. Bank : 2000 Customer per employee. Please improve staff strength accordingly.

➡️ Please improve Server/ Software functionality for fast data processing

➡️ Improve Branch infrastructure like Computers, Printers, Building, Furniture, Network Connectivity

➡️ Replace outdated Computers and printers

➡️ Improve Mobile Banking App and Internet Banking

➡️ Simplify KYC, CKYC, ReKYC process

Inspite of these issues the Customer complaints are lower in Government Banks than private Banks.

Hence, stop blaming and cursing your own staff for customer inconvenience to hide your own failures.

💔As per WHO, working more than 55 hours per week increases stroke risk by 35%.

The profit earning at the cost of lives of employees will not make any country great.

Eleven years of waiting for all Saturdays off is enough; implement the 5-day Banking that was agreed upon.
