@IRCTCofficial Dear Team, On 12 May, myself and my family were traveling from Ahmedabad to Borivali in 3 Tier AC. We were six people , unfortunately four member missed the train and two member boarded the train. We spoke to TC about this and he said I will cancel the tickets.

@IRCTCofficial Yes, to file the TDR ticket need to be cancel but TC did not canceled the ticket as he mentioned and so we are then unable to file TDR.

This will help us to file the TDR and so that I can get some amount refunded. But its seems like TC did not cancel the tickets and so I am unable to raise the TDR.

Kindly help on this issue so that My can get the amount refunded.
