CBSE चर्चा में है - छात्र नाराज़ हैं, टीचर परेशान हैं, मोदी सरकार ने वाक़ई में शिक्षा का भट्ठा बैठा दिया है

तो चलिए समझते हैं कि आख़िर हुआ क्या है?

▪️इस साल इस देश के 17,68,000 से ज़्यादा छात्रों ने CBSE बोर्ड से 12 वीं का exam दिया था. CBSE बोर्ड एक प्रतिष्ठित बोर्ड रहा है, जिसका करीब 64 साल का इतिहास है

▪️CBSE का एक मार्किंग पैटर्न है- स्टेप टू स्टेप. आंसर शीट को टीचर्स चेक करते आए हैं

▪️मगर पता नहीं किस ज़िद में इस बार CBSE ने अचानक तय किया कि अबकी बार On-Screen Marking (OSM ) से आंसर शीट की जांच होगी

▪️यानी कॉपी स्कैन करके दी जाएगी और टीचर्स उसको इवैल्यूट करेंगे. फ़रवरी 2026 में OSM का निर्णय आया और तुरंत ही लागू कर दिया गया

▪️मगर जब रिजल्ट आया तो हड़कंप मच गया, तमाम बच्चों ने कहा पेपर बढ़िया हुआ था, कम नंबर कैसे मिले

▪️छात्रों ने अपनी कॉपी मांगी तो पता चला कि ये उनकी कॉपी थी ही नहीं, उनकी हैंडराइटिंग नहीं है, किसी की सप्लीमेंट्री कॉपी गायब है, तो किसी की आधी कॉपी गायब

▪️कई टीचर्स ने भी बताया कि जो कॉपी स्कैन करके आई, वो इतनी धुंधली थी कि उसमें कुछ क्लीयर दिख ही नहीं रहा था

▪️ऑफलाइन में जिन स्टेप्स के मार्क मिल सकते थे, ब्लर होने के कारण OSM में उन स्टेप्स की मार्किंग हुई ही नहीं, कहीं दूसरी कॉपी ना मिलने से कम नंबर मिले

▪️जब इसकी शिकायत वेदांत श्रीवास्तव जैसे कुछ छात्रों ने की तो उन्हें सोशल मीडिया पर देशद्रोही और पाकिस्तान कहके ट्रोल किया गया

▪️इसी बीच निसर्ग अधिकारी नाम के क्लास 12 के छात्र ने तो CBSE वेबसाइट को हैक करके उसकी ख़ामियाँ उजागर कीं. जिस पर CBSE ने बचकाना बयान देकर कहा - exam offline हुआ तो हैक करने से क्या होगा!

▪️खैर, समस्या की जड़ तो OSM में चेकिंग के लिए मिलने वाली घटिया scanned कॉपी थीं

▪️OSM का टेंडर Coempt EduTech नाम की कंपनी को मिला

▪️CBSE टेंडर जीतने से पहले, Coempt EduTech को Globarena Technologies के नाम से जाना जाता था

▪️यह वही कंपनी है जिसके ऊपर 2019 की तेलंगाना इंटरमीडिएट exam पर बड़ी गड़बड़ी का आरोप लगा था, और बैन किया गया था

▪️ 3.80 लाख से अधिक छात्रों के मार्क्स गायब हो गए और अन्य गड़बड़ियां हुईं. इस कारण 23 छात्रों ने आत्महत्या कर ली थी

▪️पर इसके बाद Globarena Technologies ने अपना नाम बदलकर Coempt EduTech कर लिया और जुगाड़ करके CBSE का टेंडर हासिल कर लिया

▪️CBSE के ही एक छात्र सिद्धांत सार्थक ने कुछ चौंकाने वाले खुलासे किए. उसने फैक्ट के साथ ये बताया कि इस कंपनी Coempt को टेंडर देने के लिए CBSE ने किस तरह सारे नियम-कानूनों को ताक पर रख दिया

• पहले जिन कंपनियों का पुराना प्रदर्शन खराब रहा हो, उन्हें अयोग्य ठहराया जाता था, बाद के टेंडर में यह शर्त हटा दी गई

• पहले कभी भी ब्लैकलिस्ट हुई कंपनी पर रोक थी, बाद में नियम बदलकर केवल “वर्तमान में ब्लैकलिस्ट” कंपनियों तक सीमित कर दिया गया

• पहले बड़े और quality प्रोजेक्ट्स को ज्यादा महत्व था, बाद में प्रोजेक्ट्स की संख्या को अधिक महत्व दिया गया

• आरोप है कि इस कंपनी को टेंडर देने के लिए vendor accountability, software ownership और server infrastructure से संबंधित नियम बदले गए

▪️अब इस केस में एक नया खुलासा ये भी हुआ है कि कॉपियों की स्कैनिंग नहीं हुई बल्कि फोटो खींच के अपलोड की गई थीं

▪️इसी वजह स मार्किंग के समय ज्यादातर आंसर शीट की लिखावट क्लीयर नहीं थी और मार्क्स नहीं मिले

👉अब सवाल ये है कि इन सबके पीछे किसका दिमाग था?

👉ये किसने निर्णय लिया कि बिना किसी तैयारी के अचानक OSM लागू होगा?

👉OSM को इतनी अफ़रातफ़री में क्यों लागू किया गया?

👉अगर OSM की इतनी जरूरत थी तो इसकी पहले से ट्रेनिंग या तैयारी क्यों नही की गई?

👉इस फेलियर के लिए किसकी जवाबदेही और जिम्मेदारी है?

👉शिक्षा विभाग की कोई जिम्मेदारी है या नहीं?

👉धर्मेंद्र प्रधान की नाक के नीचे NEET का पेपर लीक हुआ, SSC का exam कैंसिल हुआ, CUET में गड़बड़ी हुई, पचासों और इम्तिहान के पेपर लीक हुए, तो वह मंत्री क्यों बने हुए हैं?

▪️बजाय गलती मान कर सुधार करने के वही पुरानी लफ़्फ़ाज़ी - फलाना पेपर एयरफोर्स से भेजा जा रहा है, फलाने पेपर की निगरानी खुद मोदी जी करेंगे - तो शिक्षा मंत्रालय क्या करेगा भाई?

▪️प्रधानमंत्री एक नाकाम मंत्री के हाथ में देश के लाखों बच्चों का भविष्य थमाकर बच्चों को hobby पूरा करने की सलाह दे रहे हैं
