इसलिए OBC को 14% मिला।
तो ST का 13% आरक्षण कम करके, दे दो वही 13% OBC को!

दूसरी बात-
सही डेटा पेश किया गया है petitioners की साइड से! आपकी कांग्रेस और BJP तो महाजन रिपोर्ट और BRAUSS रिपोर्ट दे रहे थे, जिसको कोर्ट ने देखने लायक भी नहीं समझा!

और हां, अगर और सही डेटा दे दिया तो पूरा आरक्षण ही खत्म हो जाएगा!
इसलिए ना, डेटा की बात तो आप करो ही मत! वैसे भी सारा रायता आपका ही फैलाया हुआ है!

अगर आपके पास किसी संपत्ति के वैध दस्तावेज (Legal Documents) हैं, तो अवैध कब्जा करने वाले को डरने की जरूरत नहीं है! सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने एक बेहद महत्वपूर्ण फैसले में स्पष्ट किया है कि:
⚖️ "यदि आपके पास संपत्ति के वैध दस्तावेज हैं, तो आप अवैध कब्जा करने वाले को कोर्ट से बेदखल कर सकते हैं—चाहे वह अवैध कब्जा कितने भी लंबे समय से क्यों न चल रहा हो।"
कोर्ट ने साफ कर दिया है कि किसी भी जमीन या मकान पर सिर्फ 'कब्जा' होना इस बात का सबूत नहीं है कि वह संपत्ति उसी की है। मालिकाना हक (Ownership) साबित करने के लिए वैध कागजात होना सबसे जरूरी है।

But in Madhyapradesh,
SC/ST reservation is 36%

That's why OBC cannot have 27%

So, If you are so worried about your OBC brothers, please reduce your 36% to 22.5% (like you get at centre).
