Hi sir, I took the flight on 26th June and for us also the same thing happened, that they didn’t bring the luggage they told us that we will receive our baggage on 27th that is yesterday. I kept calling the whole day and I didn’t get the bag neither Dey recvd my calls

@balu1975 Whatever numbers they give is only for namesake nobody responds and as they never received any of my calls from the 350 calls which I made to them.

@balu1975 Thanks sir but I finally got my bag after I went at the airport and again waited there for another 2, 2.5 hours. It was a tiresome work but then like me there were other passengers also who were standing there helplessly.

I haven’t received my baggage yet. When calling at the help desk they are not helping at all.
I politely requesting you to look into the matter and get me a better solution. Flight DxB to BOM 16:10pm to 21:10pm yesterday.

Why have you provided the number 8882707620 on the receipt at the airport. Was it only for time pass as I kept calling and after my 100th call the number went off. Height of unprofessionalism

@sandsshetty2014 @flyspicejet Even I was on the same flight no one is responding. The number given on the form which we filled is also not being responded by anyone. A total mess now. Customer care is inefficient to help us and on top of that they are only sending auto generated emails.
