@HRDG_CSIR Pls inform us what could help in "timely disbursement of stipend". It has been months since I sent claim bills. Not processed yet. Should I just calm down, they're doing their job? Please don't tell what not to do. Grievance portal was not working since weeks, now dont even mail.
