From protein structures to biological function, Episode 2 of EduSearch was all about connecting the dots! 🧬✨

Here’s a glimpse of Episode 2 of the ISCB-SC × EMBL-EBI EduSearch Series with PDBe-KB, where our global bioinformatics community came together to explore the fascinating protein landscape. 🌍🔬

We were delighted to welcome Dr. Maxim Tsenkov, Ph.D. (EMBL-EBI)* for his session, “Harmonising Structure and Function: An Illumination of the Protein Landscape.” The session offered an opportunity to explore the relationship between protein structures and their biological functions, bringing structural bioinformatics into focus through the lens of AlphaFold and protein structure data.
