A beautiful outta world experience at #ColdplayAhmedabad marred by a bunch of people who came in to steal bags,wallet& phone. Our bags were stolen from our seats in matter of seconds. No help at all from @bookmyshow helpdesk was unmanned and poor security!

Even after 15 days no clear dates are given and all promises are now backtracked , and they are asking me to come down to the showroom to speak to their sales head! Is this the customer experience one expects with a company offering luxury goods??

I was told I will be given delivery by the time I had requested as I was selling my old car. Being a single mom with 2 children I had stipulated the urgency of the car delivery with which I was given multiple assurances for a timely.

@FSM_School @furtados when you choose to organise competitions. How about gearing up your tech support and organising skills a lot better. Kids are awaiting results if they have perform on Friday / Saturday how can one expect them to just show up & play !

Such a disappointment with your staff. Last evening we had a family dinner at saffron , where hot serving utensils were placed. No warning were given and as a result my family members burnt his hand.
No apology was offered. Nor any help
