@realEstateTrent I was even more taken aback by how many people articulated it as ‘keep your wife home’ as though you own her and she has no say in this
@TwentyYears1975 @danzu72 (2/2) but none of these can be done if you are away from home in office. WFH does not mean one is not working. Adults can be treated as adults, and all of us as professionals and managers can understand that people are more than just employees.
@TwentyYears1975 @danzu72 (1/2) There is nothing in the original tweet to prove this person didn’t work 8 hrs. Caring for an elderly parent could mean helping them to the bathroom, serving them food, giving meds, and just being there god forbid something happens. None of these things take hours off work.
@kunalb11 Such oversimplified BS. Don’t people become responsible because of multiple reasons-losing a parent, financial hardships, going through a heartbreak etc. and don’t people delay having children for a number of reasons too. Why post like an absolute amateurish pop psychologist?
@gauravsabnis Actually it’s never been about Ram in my experience of being a North Indian either. Diwali has always been about Lakshmi. Navratri always about Durga. In fact this entire festive time in my memory was a celebration of female dieties. These sanghis don’t represent any tradition!
@Eepsita +1 for most advice here on reading T&C, avoiding co pay etc. I would add that you check the insurer’a claim settlement ratio, you will find this on IRDAI’s website. I would also suggest that you check whether they have an in-house TPA (better) than 3rd party
@SonaliDutta11@RichaaaaSingh It was completely sexist. I’m sure if any of the male actors there were caught on camera conversing like Ranveer, Shahrukh etc the commentators would never have dared say this.
@TheRestlessQuil The responses on this thread are revealing. I’m so glad I don’t have such misogynistic men and women around me and I’m so sorry for you Sandhya that you have to deal with them on Twitter.
I dont agree with everything the .@theliverdoc says or the way he says it all the time, but for X to suspend his account due to arm wrestling by a corporate is atrocious & clearly shows @HimalayaIndia can’t refute his claims with actual data.
@theliverdoc Mostly I agree with this post. But Yog is not exercise sounds untrue. Probiotics for gut health don’t work also sounds untrue. I’m a little disappointed that the tone of this post sounds clickbait-y in precisely the same way that I thought this handle disliked.
