Zomato is fooling customers. And I am sure I am not the only one they are doing this with.

On 15 August, I ordered a multigrain sandwich from Subway. I received normal bread.

I contacted Zomato support. They said, "Send an email, we will reply within 24 hours."

I sent the email. 7 days have passed. Still no reply.

What a pathetic system.

They even asked me for live photos as proof during the chat. I sent them. Instead of checking it and solving the issue, they just told me to email and disappeared.

And @zomato, don't ask me for my Order ID.

If I give you the Order ID, you will solve only my problem. I want to know how many other customers you are fooling like this. I'll wait.

I just want to know one thing: How many days does it take for Zomato to reply to a simple customer complaint? Or do you just never reply?

Every day, more than 20 lakh orders happen on Zomato. Imagine how many people must be facing such issues.

JagoGrahakJago, please look into this nonsense system.

Zomato should solve customer problems directly instead of making people run around with useless chats and emails.
