It's long and disheartening, but do read the thread. Suppose the petition fails. The hostels are taken from us like they currently are. Students keep on protesting and no one cares. Suspected patients are quarantined in the rooms. Most of them get well, some don't. (1/n)

Qurantine centres must be located in outskirts of the city. Govt. has huge no. of govt. schools, rest-houses, etc. But just to save money in installation of few amenities they are converting State's one of the best engineering college to a house of viruses.
