Tomiyasu is probably one of the only players we’ve had where I feel emotional and happy for him seeing him sign for another Premier League club. He’s had to fight so hard to get back to this point.
I've watched Olivier Giroud, Yaya Sanogo, Chu-Young Park, and Ryo Miyaichi play for Arsenal and I still supported them. Some of them had clear limitations, yet they played in Arsenal teams that created chances and scored goals for fun.
So why would I suddenly stop backing Victor Gyokeres because his hold-up play isn't perfect or his first touch isn't always the best? The guy can still score goals, and if he can give us 10+ goals a season while improving with the team, I'll take that.
We've supported players with much bigger flaws before, so you think a striker who knows how to find the back of the net is where I draw the line?
