Let’s call this what it is: disgusting.

Andy Byron, CEO of Astronomer, a company worth millions, just got caught on video having an affair with his Chief People Officer Kristin Cabot. She’s married. He’s married. He and his wife, Megan Kerrigan Byron, have two children together.

And now the whole world has seen him tossing that away like it meant nothing.

This isn’t just some office romance gone sideways. This is a full-blown collapse of character from the man who’s supposed to be leading one of the biggest tech companies in the world. And it wasn’t just anyone he’s doing this with the head of Human Resources. The very person who’s supposed to uphold workplace integrity.

You want to talk about values? About trust? About leadership?

Andy Byron has none of it.

What kind of example is this for his employees? For his children? For the families who work at Astronomer and believed their company stood for something more than backroom hookups and corporate hypocrisy?

This wasn’t a mistake. It was a choice. Over and over again.

And while he and Kristin snuck around, Megan Byron was at home the woman who stood by him, raised their kids, believed in him. And now, thanks to his reckless behavior, his family is being humiliated on a global scale.

This is about more than infidelity. It’s about who these people are at their core.

When the cameras aren’t rolling, when no one's looking that's when true character shows. And what we’re seeing from Andy Byron and Kristin Cabot is a complete lack of it. No loyalty. No dignity. No respect for the people they’ve hurt.

To Megan and the kids you didn’t deserve this. You built a life with someone who clearly forgot what that even means. While Andy was out destroying his name, you were holding down the home, protecting the family. You deserve support.

And to everyone still clapping for corporate “progress” while the people at the top abuse power and toss marriage vows like trash maybe it’s time we remember that character still matters.

Family still matters. And no job title or stock price excuses betrayal. #America
