@AmericanAir A canceled flight means no refund just a credit that can expire. During a surge in COVID19 cases & a time that flights are being canceled an extension can't happen? I spoke w customer svc & it's either I fly in 2 days or lose the $ I paid. Is this #AA service?

@K84UnitedLeft An inconsistent comparison. You would replace that scalped PS5 w renting one at Rent-A-Center. Your analogy is no PS5s being available because many were purchased by scalpers but there are houses available for purchase. So go buy yourself a house & see the extra work & $ involved
