@nationalrailenq It’s a card issued by Transport UK Corpriate Travel. That’s the paper gold card.

@nationalrailenq I am travelling from Carshalton (Zone 5) to Richmond (Zone 4) via Clapham Jn. I have a zones 4&5 travelcard. Would that cover my travel or do I need a ticket that covers all the London Travel Zones I’m travelling through? Thank you.

@SouthernRailUK a friend of mine with a freedom pass was fined at Lingfield station today around lunch time for travelling without a valid ticket. Is this correct? If not who do we complain to?

@SouthernRailUK We’ll do that but my point is. If someone has a freedom pass for this area. Why are we fining them for travelling on them? That’s the bit I missing here? Do we have trigger happy people travelling on the network looking to fine people? Who are these people and how do they getaway

Hello @SouthernRailUK - this new timetable is actually helping me out. I travel between Littlehampton and Norwood Jn daily. Next week I have to do some night shifts. Are you able to start a direct service that stops at Norwood from around 0500-0600? Thank you.

@SouthernRailUK From Norwood. Would prefer the direct service as switching from days to nights means I may fall asleep on the journey and switching trains could prove troublesome.

@SouthernRailUK Main entrance is closed. Barriers down station/platform side on platform 1. Only touch in facility is platform 2 via a subway.
