@virginmedia You have just done what the rubbish online support does. No solution and no attempt to resolve the issue. Instead telling me to call in again and waste more of my own time. It's like the whole company are run by robots that just send you around in circles with automated replies.

I just get cut off or people don't reply for ages. Based on the little interaction I did have, was basically told that Virgin don't do anything for loyal customers.
