@ValuablOfficial @arny_trezzi I cannot dispute that. But equally, short-termism, in a game of decades, rarely wins. That we as humans struggle with 2 years as moving too early is our plight.
@AvidCommentator But the key point is that whilst the cliff and associated effects will be long drawn, banks will not be throwing money at propsective borrowers in these conditions. Conservative bank valuations will not marry up against market valuations propped up by low volume.
@AvidCommentator Actual demand vs. feasible demand are different concepts. Actual demand will increase with immigration. Feasible demand, predicted on raw affordability, will plummet, based on LNW net influx. Net outcome is higher population per household and lower overall living standards.
@T1SydneyTrains I appreciate this is not the making of the staff of Sydney Trains. This is long term infrastructure planning at it's worst. This is third world, an embarrassment to the state and nation.
@T1SydneyTrains Main question would be why have 5 or 6 other trains going in the same direction flown by? Surely could have changed tracks at the Strathfield interchange.
@rtralphy This horse is a champion. Consider that he ran second in a Golden Slipper, Golden Rose and Cox Plate also... how would he be viewed if they had dropped also, particularly the Slipper
