@officialepfo My EPF transfer amount is lost by EPFO for more than 20 years. I am very worried as EPFiGMS only closes my tickets without resolving. I submitted several letters at EPF offices, and today submitted yet another at NAN2.0. Who can help?

Ampere scooter Bangalore dealer Virent Autos fooled us. Took advance payment over 3+ months and kept giving us stories instead of scooter. Now we are pleading to get our advance back. Shame on Ampere for appointing cheats as dealers.

EPF amount transferred in 2006 still untraceable. Several EPFiGMS tickets arbitrarily closed. Employee visits to Koramangala and Regional BLR office without result. Need help to recover own hard earned money!

EPFiGMS closes tickets very fast, but does not solve the problem. I have raised my issue numerous times but my problem is not addressed by EPFiGMS nor by Bommasandra office.
One of my employment is missing from UAN records - please help.

@airvistara It was my need, I called the 3rd time this morning to get my rescheduling done. It was the same 30 mins wait until I could speak with someone, though I was hearing “you’re the first person in queue, will be attended in less than 1 minute”. Try to treat customers better.
