Look at the management of Gov Navratana NBCC on it's PMC part of executing Amrapali Projects which are also under supervision of Apex Court. A teenager, who is dead in this man made disaster.
How can NBCC become so irresponsible, not to know if children are been employed by there subcontractors. Shame.

Due to breakdown of passenger lift in under-construction building of Amrapali project namely Amrapali Dream Valley, causalties are been reported. They way facilities and amenities are been handover by NBCC to Adhoc buyers group are anyways in question. Hope NBCC will stick to what they have assured to SC in terms of quality.

आम्रपाली प्रोजेक्ट्स में NBCC ने फ्लैट बना तो दिया लेकिन बायर्स अपना क्लेम करने के लिए नहीं आ रहे हैं | दस्तावेजों के सत्यापन के लिए नहीं आने वाले घर खरीदारों के अंतिम नोटिस कोर्ट रिसीवर द्वारा दिया गया है जिसकी अंतिम तिथि 15 अक्टूबर 2023 है|

Finally permanent solution for #ACPBuyers as NPPCL becomes operational in Centurian Park. NBCC was proactive with buyers on their demands. Hopeful @UPPCLLKO shall enable registration link soon for Centurian Park buyers to apply for permanent connections. @OfficialNBCC

Saga of pain & agony is common with #AmrapaliBuyers.
NBCC is delivering homes without proper electricity installation and supply as required by residents. @ACPBuyers project were 600 low-rise residents are living are in dark since Saturday mind night.
The electricity meant for construction site is being used by residents as NBCC/NPCL is unable to give proper dual meter connections having required transformer capacity. NBCC says, don't use AC and use only FANs, that's also not working.
There are Sr. Citizens, Small Kids, Office going middle class who are sleepless from last 3 days.
