ग्रामीणों का कहना है कि यहां उनके पूर्वजों की कब्रें थीं और अंतिम संस्कार के लिए उनके पास कोई दूसरी जगह नहीं है। अब ग्रामीण कब्रिस्तान वापस करने की मांग कर रहे हैं।

The Qur’an does not forbid earning money or becoming wealthy. Islam encourages lawful work, earning a halal income, and providing for yourself and your family.

What Allah warns against is allowing wealth to become your ultimate purpose and letting the pursuit of it distract you from Him and the Hereafter.

💰 1. Don’t let wealth distract you from Allah

Allah says:

«“O believers! Let neither your wealth nor your children distract you from the remembrance of Allah.”
Qur’an 63:9»

The problem isn’t having money. The problem is when money has you—when chasing it causes you to neglect prayer, family, morality, or your relationship with Allah.

🌍 2. The desire for more can never satisfy you

Allah says:

«“Competition in worldly increase distracts you, until you visit the graves.”
Qur’an 102:1–2»

This is a powerful warning against constantly chasing more: more money, more possessions, more status, more success.

You can spend your entire life saying:

“Just one more million… then I’ll be satisfied.”

But the Qur’an reminds us that life eventually comes to an end.

🕌 3. Don’t abandon the Hereafter while pursuing the dunya

Allah says:

«“Seek, through what Allah has given you, the home of the Hereafter, and do not forget your share of the world.”
Qur’an 28:77»

Notice the balance: seek the Hereafter, but don’t forget your worldly life.

Building a business, earning a lot of money, owning a home, becoming successful, or providing a comfortable life for your family is not inherently wrong.

The real question is:

What is your wealth doing to your heart?

If your wealth helps you provide for your family, give charity, help others, and worship Allah better → it can become a blessing.

But if it makes you neglect Allah, become arrogant, commit haram, or believe that your possessions are the measure of your success → it becomes a test you are failing.

🤍 The Qur’anic mindset

Don’t chase money as if it is your destination.

Chase the pleasure of Allah, and let money remain a tool.

Because when you die, you won’t take your bank account with you—but you may take the charity you gave, the people you helped, and the good you did with what Allah entrusted to you.

May Allah bless us with halal wealth, make our wealth a means of goodness, and never allow it to distract our hearts from Him. Ameen. 🤲🏼
