@rippledXRPL @cryptoreem1 @CryptoBull2020 @JohnEDeaton1 @coinbase I'm not well versed in law; but I imagine that the liability is higher after delisting it then it was prior. So the decision to not relist makes sense from a legal sense. One of those things that once you do it, can't reverse until you get clarity. Just speculation on my part tho

[Crypto Hsu @ManyButFew]

@adamscochran Security and then not security; but for some reason we can't apply the same reasoning to XRP?

[Crypto Hsu @ManyButFew]

@jacobfranek @thinkingcrypto @VitalikButerin I agree that there is nothing concrete to implicate Vitalik or ETH foundation, but I'd say it's highly suspicious that internal emails show that ETH was initially a security and days before the famous speech, he had a call and all of a sudden, NO WORRIES ITS NOT A SECURITY.

@GaryGensler JP Morgan Cronies in a few years...

[Crypto Hsu @ManyButFew]

@jacobfranek @thinkingcrypto @VitalikButerin What it does prove is that the SEC had no clear legal regulation to stand on, and instead of saying that, made clear representations that Eth and BTC were not securities while simultaneously suing competitors in the eco on their last day. If it smells and looks like a fish...

Docket 277 - @attorneyjeremy1 does this reinforce the idea that beginning sales of XRP may be deemed as securities while future sales might not be under the SEC's own definition of "current utility of Ethereum network and not a bet on founders' efforts to develop the network" ?

Breaking: US lawmakers file 'SEC Stabilization Act' to fire Gary Gensler. #crypto

[CryptoLaw @CryptoLawUS]

These documents that the @SECGov fought so hard to keep hidden from the public and other litigants were very important to unseal.

The SEC under Jay Clayton and @GaryGensler is a bad faith actor, and the proof is now available for the public to see.

[Crypto Hsu @ManyButFew]

@attorneyjeremy1 What is your take on the emails??

1/ It’s been 5 years since Bill Hinman gave his infamous speech – and through the SEC’s lawsuit against @Ripple (and 7 court orders), we can finally share what happened behind the scenes through the now public emails / drafts of the speech.

This is incredible. This is why I cover AI news.

AI enabled a paralyzed man walk again after 12 years.🤯

Researchers used AI to decode the man's thoughts and translate them into spinal cord stimulation, which was activated using an implant and a bluetooth headset.

This groundbreaking medical breakthrough has allowed the patient to regain mobility. Absoutely amazing!
