@Ask_Spectrum I lost Spectrum a day before Milton and haven’t had any service for the last 7 days. I depend on internet to work remotely. What’s going on? What’s an ETA on when I’ll have service back?

@robpadmore@qatarairways I’ve been waiting since May…they kept telling me that wait times for refunds are longer than normal. Pretty sure Qatar is a scam - definitely report your case to the DOT if you are US- based! #qatarscam

@lufthansaNews@Lufthansa_USA Why was my booking “accidentally” cancelled by a Lufthansa rep and we were forced to pay $910 for worse flights? I was told to email customer relations for a fix and did so last Thursday but no response…seems like a huge scam to me #LufthansaScam 🤬
@Cihanerol@lufthansa This is what they did to us too! Cancelled and said since our credit card accepted the refund, they couldn’t do anything but book us on a new (significantly more expensive) flight. #LufthansaScam
@JohnCro18797936@lufthansa They are so sketchy. When you get an actual human on the phone, they tell you to email customer relations. Customer relations never replies! Try opening complaints through US department of transportation if you are in the US.
