I just said “Suhaila!” Suddenly my classmate said don’t talk! You will put everyone’s life in danger.
The attackers were getting closer and I was silent, but Suhaila’s voice was coming calling: Mother, mother…

Buried under rubble after #KabulUniversityAttack I was pretending to be dead. I raised my head for a moment and I saw a kidney had fallen in front of me.
I quickly shut my eyes.
From the other side of the classroom Suhaila was pleading in pain: "Mother, Mother…"

.@AJStream We are hosting families, mostly children and women, at our home that have escaped Taliban attack in Ghazni last week. They came to Kabul thinking they will be safer here, but this #KabulProtest yesterday & police action again protesters, horrified & made them cry again

[Enayatullah Azad @EnayatAzad]

This has been the situation of my neighborhood today. Kabul police acting against protesters with gunshots, resulting in enraged reactions from protesters. We were in hiding all the day. @moiafghanistan #KabulProtest #AliPoor #ProGovAntiGhani

Among many of Taliban's crimes in #Malistan; they have abducted a young doctor using an ambulance and killed a relative, a baker, as they were on their way back home last night. Losing medical manpower and baker, means losing more lives.
