1/ British Secretary of State @Ed_Miliband has fallen for the oldest scam in the book. Hamas in Gaza has been claiming Israel is preventing medicine from entering Gaza for years. As proof, they show empty shelves in the hospitals. What they don't show is the full shelves in the pharmacies. Hospital staff regularly sells the medicine to the private pharmacies and Gazans have to pay full price for it.

🇩🇪 A German woman has been fined nearly €10,000 for sharing a meme featuring an image from the classic film American History X, starring Edward Norton.

Anabel Schunke shared the meme, captioned “Liberal women after a long day of vandalizing Teslas,” which shows an overweight neo-Nazi, portrayed by actor Ethan Suplee, getting a haircut in the iconic, Oscar-nominated crime drama.

The meme was intended to mock the totalitarian behaviour of left-wing women who, at the time, were protesting outside Tesla dealerships and smashing car windows.

The problem, however, was that the neo-Nazi depicted in the image had a swastika tattoo on his right shoulder.

This was enough for the Göttingen public prosecutor’s office to open an investigation, which led the Göttingen District Court to fine Anabel 75 daily rates of €130, amounting to a total of €9,750.

Anabel, who is well known as a political commentator and journalist in Germany, was previously taken to court by the same prosecutor’s office on charges of incitement to hatred. However, she was acquitted in December 2025 after a strenuous three-year legal battle.

She posted on X on Tuesday that she would appeal the court’s decision and expected another “years-long and costly legal battle.”

She said that she believed she would be successful but that the proceedings are taking a huge toll on her elderly mother.

🇫🇮🇮🇱 Finland kiest een andere koers.

Terwijl in Europa de druk op Israël steeds verder wordt opgevoerd, doet Finland een opvallend goede keuze.

Finland stopt 20 miljoen dollar aan financiering voor UNRWA en sluit een tienjarige veiligheidsovereenkomst met Israël, met nadruk op defensie en luchtverdediging.

De overeenkomst werd zelfs geheim gehouden en leidde in Finland tot felle kritiek. De minister van Defensie verdedigde de keuze echter.

Misschien een interessante vraag voor de rest van Europa??

Is samenwerking met Israël werkelijk het probleem of wordt het tijd om opnieuw te kijken naar wie je als bondgenoot nodig hebt in een steeds onveiliger wereld?

For years, the @UN said Gaza was starving, and Israel was singularly to blame.

In 2023, it warned of mass starvation.
In 2024, famine was “imminent.”
By 2025, the UN-backed IPC said famine was happening.

Now, new UN data shows acute malnutrition across Gaza at 0.2% to 0.8%, comparable to or below pre-war levels, and lower than neighboring Arab countries like Egypt and Jordan.

Those famine claims were used to accuse Israel of deliberately starving civilians, despite questionable methodology, shifting thresholds, and data that did not support the claims.

Which raises the question: if there was never a famine in Gaza, why was the UN so invested in falsifying one?

An Israeli strike against this hospital would be trumpeted in the establishment media as a “war crime” and more evidence of “genocide.” That is precisely why Hamas uses hospitals as bases of operations; they know that Israel will suffer immensely in the court of public opinion for defending itself against jihad actions launched from such a place.
