I've now had no internet for 7 days, called them every day to be told they'll get back to me and try to fix it quickly 1/2

If last week is anything to go by, they've told me the team will be prioritising it... However last week it seemed as though the relevant team has the weekend off, so I gotta wait another 3 days totally internetless. I kinda need it!

They never get in touch as they say they will. It's me who has to wait crazy amounts of time in phone queues to be told the same thing.

I've had to add £50 to my phone bill just to receive any internet service, not to mention other things
