@FalschHolden Hear me out! How about a backlog shuffler that viewers can pick out based on the vibes and time you have to play your backlog?

I have a lot of drop-off of users on Backlog Shuffle, there's been plenty of signs up though I'm at about 427 users, maybe ~2 active users daily. I think I messed up before on my first 300 users because I didn't collect emails to keep them engaged to keep going with their progress. I later fixed that, to ask for email opt-ins for marketing and updates.
I added a weekly shuffle feature that checks a game in your backlog to suggest playing for the weekend. I like how it turned out, but I guess I should collect feedback on that as well.
Not sure if anyone else has had this problem before. Is the pain point not heavy enough to motivate users to keep using the app or is my marketing off the mark?
