@mvanoordt as a result of poor advice from your check in agent in Cusco our bags are in limbo in Lima while we are in Mexico City. Your digital tools and customer service are poor. This is expensive and inconvenient. I’m also a CEO at scale. You can DM me.
@LATAMAirlines you are a terrible joke. Your agent gave us erroneous information that caused our bags to be stuck in Lima while we are in Mexico. Your digital capabilities are abysmal. Your “customer service” reps range from polite and inept to argumentative and inept.
@LATAMAirlines your customer service is horrendous. Your desk agent in Cusco misinformed us and told pick up our bags in Mexico City and that we didn’t need to recheck them in Lima. Now no bags, no agent in the airport and endless hold.
@adamcifu I was one of those folks who failed Professor Wintner’s first test. Quite a humbling experience. Unrelatedly, EtOH continues to be my favorite organic molecule. Haverford 1986
@AHS_Warranty we are extraordinarily disappointed in your service. The barriers that you throw up to avoid fulfilling your obligations smack of poor service and potentially fraud.
@DrSamuelBrown Nice pic, Sam. That’s a great ride. I had the classic “do we sneak around the moose or just turn around” dilemma during today’s trail run. Chose the latter. Yes, we are lucky.
Intermountain is a proud partner in supporting the people of Ukraine. Today, @mikellemoore joined @GovCox, announcing one of our Life Flight medical jets will fly supplies supporting Ukrainian refugees in Poland.
@whoop I’m finding your sleep recommendations impractical. Can you please provide peer reviewed substantiation? Similarly, please provide evidence base for skin temp, sats, and respiratory rate as relevant metrics for readiness to train.
Today, on #GivingTuesday, many of you are giving back to causes you care you about. I consider it a holiday of sorts, because the selflessness of giving deserves celebration. https://t.co/GaLqzpFTYk
