@jeffseibert @Wayne @crashlytics We've tested more concise onboarding instructions. Customers overwhelmingly prefer verbose onboarding that leaves less to the imagination. They certainly prefer it to "magic" that is unmaintainable in Apple's closed ecosystem.

Thats not a flashy tweet but it is straight facts.

@jeffseibert @Wayne @crashlytics It wasn't because we stopped innovating with them; they'd simply outlived their usefulness as an enabling technology. The core customer benefit was eventually achieved through standardized tooling, so our revolutionary bespoke thing became an anachronism.

That opportunity feels like it is slipping away, probably forever.
