Just booked a holiday for September. Have always flown with TUI/First Choice and they were 180 cheaper than Jet 2.
But owing to the horrendous handling with refunds, and the amount of time it took to get my refund from 13th March. I paid the extra and booked with Jet2

If you phone at 08:30 you will be first in the que at 09:00. Thats the only way i have ever been able to get through.

Will I in future have the right to opt out of paying a percentage of my package holiday to ABTA?
As i don't think it's worth the ink it is printed with.
@Mandrooo@TUIUK I am a small airport transport company. That specialise in wheelchair access. I hope to keep my customers after all this is over. I fear it is to late for the TUI crew
@Mandrooo@TUIUK Agreed. I refunded all 4200 of my passengers on my own within 5 weeks,and i am only a small business.
TUI have lied and lied to their customers. That is unforgiveable, They have been refunding April,May,June and July passengers.
@vickiredmond@chelleannejones@MartinSLewis I did that mid April mate. Got a generic reply back 30 days later. MCOL is the only way to go i think. Although could take 60 days
