Always start your exercise session with a warm-up to prepare your body for the workout. This can include gentle movements, stretching, or light cardio. Similarly, end your workout with a cool-down period to gradually lower your heart rate and stretch the muscles you worked.
I consume atleast 3 fruits and vegetables per day and make sure that I drink a minimum of 2.5L of water everyday. I have also decreased my intake of meat and increase my intake of fish. Iโm sure a lot of you are health conscious. Itโs not hard , itโs a lifestyle and it makes me damn happy to find myself fresh every morning :) .
