Thread – We know that @bradlander is derelict in his duties, especially in terms of auditing recipients of emergency migrant contracts. To close out the week, I will spotlight those benefiting the most from Lander’s inability to do his job: nonprofit executives. (1/5)
Here’s one “myth” they forgot to touch on: OKC’s NYC counterpart, @NY_Arch, has refused to pay its victims. @CardinalDolan, you could debunk this one if you felt like it…

The mayor decided not to veto the advice and consent bill. The council would have overrode it, and they're not exactly grateful: “Mayor Adams’ inaction is tacit approval of this proposal..." https://t.co/DlXTukz6P8
The limits are toothless and were nothing more than window dressing.
The population isn't declining despite far fewer arrivals, proving once again that the pie-in-the-sky, detached idealism by the left when the limits were placed was unfounded. (1/2)
The intraday population of Manhattan south of 60th has decreased 17.4% from 2019 to 2023.
In the same time period, the number of major crimes has increased 21%.
On a per capita basis, crime has increased 46.46%.
Congratulations @MarkLevineNYC and @ManhattanDA!
Without your committed leadership and vision for 'safety and fairness', this degradation would not be possible.
LOL @TheOnion. Maybe they should add a 'justice deity' too, so @CardinalDolan finally compensates the sex abuse victims. Your constant reluctance to admit to wrongdoing and pay up is the real JOKE here. #ChurchAccountability

The Roosevelt Hotel (arguably the nucleus of midtown's migrant crisis), isn't even owned by an American grifter, it's owned by the government of Pakistan.
📷 Make Your Voice Heard! 📷
I recently testified before the NYC Charter Revision Commission, urging them to include the repeal of sanctuary city laws on the ballot. Several constituents have also testified. Now, it's your turn! Your voice is crucial in this process. (1/3)
80M Americans took to the road this past holiday. 3/4 by automobile in another record breaking total. Endless possibilities for destinations and the sense of adventure for these drivers and their passengers.
Not a single driver in America was extorted by a public transportation agency to pay a $15 tax to access some imaginary, make believe zone this past extended holiday weekend.
The vast majority of Americans value freedom and independence; irrespective of fringe activists who continue to show their belief that life is a zero sum game where they can’t have their transit investment needs met unless there is direct harm to drivers.
These radical activists should be excised from policy discussions as their fanatical views are impeding humanity.
Mayor Adams: "Any other fiscal analysis would tell us how brilliant Adrienne and I were. ... Why are the financial experts telling us how great of a job I’ve done?"
The fiscal analysis:
Spain in 1492: Kicks out, kills, or converts all Jews.
Spain in the Holocaust: Closely tied with the Nazis.
Spain after the bloodiest attack on Jews since the Holocaust: Accuses Israel of genocide.
Now THAT is what being on the wrong side of history looks like 🤦♂️
More chicanery from @NY_Arch and its leader @CardinalDolan... Hypocrisy has long been the primary characteristic of the Catholic Church. Take a step in the right direction and pay your victims what they're owed!

Nothing new here, but Rajkumar, a Queens Assemblymember, being the one standing behind Adams at a *city* budget announcement in *Manhattan* makes no sense governmentally, only politically.
Yet, in the great City of New York violent crime is at levels not seen in 20 years and violent crime is up another 5.7% YTD in 2024 as of 6/23.
Will our politicians finally acknowledge that bail "reform" and the other CJ "reforms"must be reversed?
OK skeptics.
Here is a video of Monday morning “rush hour congestion” heading into the so-called congestion zone.
This video was taken today, Monday , July 1, 2024 on CPW and West 64th at 8:20 AM.
Our commercial zone is on life support. NYC vacancy rates have doubled since the pandemic. Inflation has hurt everyone.
Not much outside of the air and our streets are free here in NYC so please don’t add any more taxes.
The taxpayer base cannot handle this.
