WHY MICROGREENS?
Among the 25 microgreens tested by researchers with USDA the microgreens showed higher concentrations of vitamin C, carotenoids, vitamin K, and vitamin E, respectively. In general, microgreens contained 4 - 40 times the nutrients of their adult counterparts!!
