@lastminute_com considering my flights have been CHANGED and I am NOT accepting them but instead of giving me a straight answer you either go a round about way or choose to ignore my emails.
@lastminute_com can someone look at your customer service emails and get back to me instead of dragging things out and waiting for my holiday payment date to pass? The service is shocking and to top it off you cant even call yourselves.
@lastminute_com can someone DM me please as anytime I send an email it is getting ignored and my balance is due on a holiday on 12/08 but my flights have been changed and I don’t wish to accept the change. I need this resolved ASAP.
@OntheBeachUK can someone get in touch regarding my refund from my holiday that was cancelled back in April that I haven’t got a refund for yet. I contacted @AerLingus and they have stated they have gave you the refund.
@paulalye@OntheBeachUK I opened a case with @resolvercouk so hopefully that will speed the process up as I’m a bit fed up waiting now as it has been 11 weeks! Yes I know what you mean, I know there are people with later departures that have recieved theirs already so that’s what is annoying me also!
