@RoyalMailHelp No wish for a claim. Just wanted the Ipswich sorting office to be aware that someone dishonest is opening up greeting cards!! It may be that other customers have noticed this as well.

@rmac1603 @RoyalMailHelp I had exactly the same problem! We've agreed as a family to stop sending cards to each other via Royal Mail. My post turns up late so it's pointless receiving cards weeks after the occasion 🤣

@RoyalMail my son has his birthday on Monday, but 2 cards from different areas have been clearly tampered with and are both open. They've both passed through the Ipswich sorting office. I live in postal code IP5. Can you let them know that they may have a thief amongst them.

@RoyalMail son sent Mothers day card. Took 2 weeks to come after we paid extra £1.50. It was a normal sized card. He sent it 2nd class. You'll have no future business from my family as we've decided to forego sending cards from now on. Shame on you Royal Mail, dishonest crooks!
