@TPEassist I was on your site at 8am today and yesterday and there was no mention of this. You have now refreshed your page at 0857 and have now added this information. I was unaware when I purchased my tickets plus when I boarded the train

@TPExpressTrains just got onto 7 24am train Liverpool to Edinburgh. Paid for 1st class ticket. Assuming trolley service as stated on website. I've nothing to drink or eat and got a long journey ahead of me. Not impressed. Can someone reply? You've mis-sold this ticket..

@TPEassist I have checked and it states Liverpool to Newcastle services has refreshments available throughout this service. Writing a complaint I shall do but how do I get a drink now? Have not been on a train for years and can't believe that I've been sold a service that is not provided
