Beginning now: Day 7 of trial in our case defending the right to speak about Abortion Pill Reversal, People of the State of California v. Heartbeat International & RealOptions. Here's what we expect today in court.

Ford is done.
GM is done.
Honda is done.
Toyota is dying.
Now FOUR of my employees have bought Tesla Model Y vehicles. They let me drive one. I was blown away... again. Full-Self Driving (FSD) is highly evolved. Human-like in its decisions. Feels safer than any human driver.
I told my staff to install a couple of charging stations at my company parking lot. We're going to offer free charging to any employee that drives an EV. (F*ck gas prices and war in the Persian Gulf!)
The future of personal transport vehicles on this planet belongs to Tesla, BYD, CATL and maybe a couple of other companies. And all of them will be EVs.
At this point, driving a combustion engine vehicle for daily tasks seems obsolete.
And I don't believe a single thing about climate alarmism and all those cultists who hate carbon dioxide. EVs make sense simply from an economics perspective: They're a fraction of the cost to operate, and much simpler to maintain (no oil changes, no engine air filter, no fuel filter, etc.). Plus, you can charge them from sunlight and get entirely off-grid with your "fuel" supply. (I'll be publishing videos showing this in my studio soon.)
Yes, I used to mock EVs. I once said I would never ride in a self-driving vehicle. I was wrong. The technology has been transformed. Battery chemistry improvements have enabled solid range capabilities and very good specifications on charge/discharge cycles. Tesla's FSD capabilities are far stronger than I thought was possible. They've outdone themselves.
Now, I'm absolutely convinced: I will never buy another combustion engine vehicle again.
Beginning now: Day 5 of trial in our case defending the right to speak about Abortion Pill Reversal, People of the State of California v. Heartbeat International & RealOptions.
Here's what we expect today in court.
I am literally sick. This is a devastating blow to every family that trusted our justice system.
Monsanto just won at the Supreme Court in a 7-2 decision, putting billions of dollars in jury verdicts for Roundup victims at risk. Americans who developed cancer after exposure to Roundup may now be denied the justice that juries across the country determined they deserved.
The message from this ruling is dangerous: if a federal agency approves a product, manufacturers may be shielded from accountability even when people are harmed.
Congress must act immediately.
1️⃣ Congress must pass legislation to correct this decision and restore Americans' right to hold corporations accountable.
2️⃣ During the EPA's upcoming Roundup review, truthful warning labels must be required so consumers can make informed choices.
3️⃣ The Senate must remove the Farm Bill provision that would delay this critical EPA review.
This is a defining moment. Every elected official now has a choice: stand with families harmed by toxic chemicals or stand with the corporations that profit from them.
The American people are watching. We will remember who fought for us and who didn't. Hold their feet to the fire #FoodBabeArmy
Our sisters in the Caracas area had to leave their profoundly damaged convent; all of the sisters are safe now in a different (small!) house. My friend, Sister Alicia, says that there is damage everywhere.
We’re in court now for the first day of trial in People of the State of California v. Heartbeat International and RealOptions. Roe may have been overturned four years ago today, but our work is far from over. Please keep our legal team in your prayers as they defend pro-life nonprofits’ right to share the truth about Abortion Pill Reversal.
Thomas More Society attorneys and staff with clients @heartbeatintl@realoptionsc outside court today as trial begins in our case, The People of the State of California v. Heartbeat International and RealOptions.
Uyen wasn't an activist. She had a degree in healthcare administration and a steady county job. At about nine weeks pregnant, she took the first abortion pill, mifepristone.
Almost immediately, she knew it was a mistake. She wanted her baby.
She told a friend, who stayed up the whole night looking for help and came back with a phone number. It belonged to Heartbeat International’s Abortion Pill Rescue Network.
Uyen called before she ever took the second abortion pill. She was referred to RealOptions, and someone saw her that same day—walked her through the risks, had her sign a consent form, and confirmed by ultrasound that her baby was still alive.
A nurse started her on Abortion Pill Reversal by giving her progesterone. She paid nothing.
Months later, her healthy son was born.
That phone call is what California wants to make illegal. The Attorney General is suing @HeartbeatIntl and @Realoptionsc for telling women that Abortion Pill Reversal exists.
At trial, he is seeking a permanent gag order and over $20 million in penalties, counting each conversation about APR as its own violation of the law.
This is the first case of its kind to reach trial, and it begins today. Thomas More Society is proud to defend Heartbeat and RealOptions in court, and the simple right to share that lifesaving hotline number when a woman asks, “Is there anything I can do?”
@KatRosePluta Nice post! I have somewhat similar issues when taking the kids to our local parks. What do I say to other parents about being a homeschool mom or what my husband does for a living? Some days, I want no controversy, and others I am “Katy bar the door!”
Led by the Trump Administration, we’re launching one of the most ambitious federal efforts ever undertaken to combat Lyme disease, accelerate research, and improve care for patients and families.
