Q4: I went to Cosmetology school in Minneapolis in 1996- coming from a small town I was exposed to so many lifestyles and perspectives, it helped me grow as a productive and empathetic adult #iaedchat
A3: I'm being very vulnerable here, but I have found listening to Chakra balancing meditations to be incredibly helpful for managing stress and regulating emotions. #iaedchat
A2: Self awareness has looked much different than usual for me. I realize that I need to me more active for routine, life lends itself to routines through work, kids activities, etc.. with all that gone- if I don't make it happen it's chaos #iaedchat
