Remote and regional museums, Landcare, the good life....

[Environs Kimberley @EnviroKimberley]

Distressing scenes from Fitzroy Crossing. As well as huge impact on people, animals suffering too. @MarkMcGowanMP needs to start saying these are extreme events due to ‘climate change’ and not trying to hide it by saying 1 in 100 year flood.

[Marg Applebee 🍎🐝 @MargApplebee]

An overview of the State of the Environment report according to Year 5 students from Parkes Shire, Forbes Shire and Eugowra who attended Eco Day 2022.
We look forward to welcoming Costa Georgiadis to Eco Day in 2023.

Made it into town this morning, heart breaking. Made so much harder as no phone , internet service to contact staff, neighbours, friends @Telstra . I’m on top of a hill. #Eugowra

@mhdksafa Hello Mohammad

[Dalai Lama @DalaiLama]

As soon as I wake every morning, I remind myself that all human beings are the same as me—we all want to be happy. I resolve to use my life to ensure that other beings are happy. It’s compassion that brings about peace of mind, not anger and hatred.

💛 You don't need to be an expert or have qualifications to have an 'R U OK? conversation'.
A conversation could change a life.

I think I understand why people stay silent when they observe bad conduct….but if Fran Bailey had spoken out Morrison would never have been PM..if harassed women had spoken there would be no Joyce…think about what difference those two events would have made to Australia.

[Anthony Albanese @AlboMP]

All Australians have the chance to own this change, and be counted on the right side of history.

[Anika Molesworth @AnikaMolesworth]

This weekend, I WILL VOTE FOR THE CLIMATE, because I want;
Food security
Social stability
Clean air
Healthy ecosystems
Vibrant biodiversity
National security
Prosperous economies
Flowing rivers
Coral reefs
Cultural integrity
A fair chance for the next generation
A liveable planet

‼️Please share ⬇️ widely. It is appalling that the Australian pavilion at @COP26 is sponsored by oil & gas Santos & Australian bushfire survivors are not welcome‼️A new low for @ScottMorrisonMP & @AngusTaylorMP. This is beyond wrong. 🌏 #auspol #climate #integrity #racetozero
