Thank you @LabourWomensNet for blazing a trail to make @UKLabour the political wing of the Women’s Movement!

[ALASTAIR CAMPBELL @campbellclaret]

Bagpipes are wonderful. Both the massed bands that led the gun carriage and the solo piper at the end … perfect musical bookends to such a simple and moving service.

[Jon Sopel @jonsopel]

A line that has a very sharp and piercing point. Wonder whether anyone in the Abbey felt a sharp, stabbing pain

[Margot Russell @MargotRussell11]

They made their regiment, their country and their parents very proud

[Kaya Burgess @kayaburgess]

These eight lads carrying the Queen's coffin.

The crème de la crème, the Premier League of pall bearers.

They carried the Queen into Westminster Hall five days ago. Into Westminster Abbey this morning. Back out now.

Nerves (and spines and shoulders) of steel.

[Sophy Ridge @SophyRidgeSky]

Wonderful cartoon in @thetimes that, I think, helps explain why so many people will find today so emotional

[Yvette Cooper @YvetteCooperMP]

A beautiful & moving farewell to a remarkable Queen.

[Anas Sarwar @AnasSarwar]

It was an honour to attend the State Funeral of Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II.

A fitting tribute to a remarkable public servant.

[Sarah Wheale-Smith @Whealey7]

[Tim Walker @ThatTimWalker]

I can’t see how the Conservatives can claim to be in the business of conserving anything of value any more.

[Neil Findlay @Neilsocialist]

Throughly enjoyed interviewing Jim Sillars today as part of the ‘In Conversation’ series at the New Town Theatre - still a week of guests to go in the series

[Gordon Brown @GordonBrown]

@MarieIllinois Thank you for your kind message @MarieIllinois - I think many people care so much for our country and people - there is always hope that we can work together to achieve something better.

[Anne Rae #do-gooder 🇺🇦 @MarieIllinois]

Watched @GordonBrown this morning and welled up. This is a man who cares deeply about our country and people, has integrity and decency and it makes me incredibly sad and angry when I think about the current government. How have we sunk so low in just 12 years?

[Danielle Rowley @DaniRowley]

@famlyhq Creative and artistic play is very important, I wouldn't say creative resources have to be 'media' though.

[NorthLan Labour @NorthLanLabour]

Statement from North Lanarkshire Labour Group ahead of Council meeting this Thursday.

[Anna Yearley Carreira @AnnaYearley]

I am so bloody proud to have worked for this man. If Gordon was PM during a cost of living crisis he wouldn’t be on holiday. He wouldn’t be proudly declaring he directed money from poor areas to rich ones. He’s right, we need an emergency budget now. https://t.co/JKL8qVvprk
