The people of Welwyn Hatfield, constituency of so-called Net Zero minister @grantshapps, are waking up to these posters, which I pasted up in the small hours of the morning. If you agree with the message, please spread as widely as possible! #climatefight#onshorewind
@MoiraJenkins1@AdamRutherford@earthygirl011 Right from the start, I normalised periods and then menopause. Fast forward to their work places now and they are switched on to understanding their female colleagues and champion a woman’s right to not feel like it’s tabu, a dirty secret
@MoiraJenkins1@AdamRutherford@earthygirl011 It’s so incredibly important to normalise the menopause. So many people brush it off with “it’s normal, what do you expect, don’t talk about it”. I normalised periods and menopause to my sons as they were growing up and they now totally understand their partners and support them.
@MarkDaleBas So it’s either anxiety or depression and sod everything else? Then there’s the huge amount of money that’ll likely be spent on marketing it, changing headed paper, wasting time explaining it and “reorganising” everything.what a waste
@BettinaSRoss1 @florencerounda2 Totally agree with you ans she doesn’t speak for me. When she was talking yesterday it reminded me of hate speeches made by dictators wanting to rid countries of groups of people, you know, like Hitler. It’s chilling to the bone.
@Daisiver29 It took a few months to be honest. There is no right or wrong, no magic time line. Just go at your own pace, but there will come a moment when you suddenly realise that you did one little thing that was ‘normal’ for you, and it will slowly change to a new normal for you. Xx
@KEdge23 Another thing I have noticed is that you never seem to reply to any comments. So you are either a sensationalist, spin type person who hopes that people will just read your tweet and believe you without checking facts, you have no backbone OR who are just very gullible yourself.
@KEdge23 Really??? Please check your facts. The sad thing about it is that you are very blinkered and believe all the spins and lies. One day, when you are way older, you’re going to sit down and really think this time in your life through and see just how wrong you were.
@jamiemgreen Oh Jamie, I am so very truly sorry to hear that and my heart goes out to you. There are no words that will take away the pain, but I found it soothing to think of all the lovely things, the funny things, the little sayings. Don’t hold it in and go at your own pace. Sending hugs.
In slight shock (understatement) as had a very large tree fall on my car as I was driving. It doesn’t half sharpen your sense of perspective and make you realise how a split second could have changed my life. Sliding doors going on in my head.
