It's National School Lunch Week, a time to promote the importance of healthy school lunches and the role they play in student success!

Along with this being Wellness Month in our district, it's a great time to discuss nutrition with your children and raise more awareness about healthy food choices. Remember, all students receive breakfast and lunch each school day at no charge because of our district's participation in the state’s Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) and National School Lunch and Breakfast programs!

She has worked for our district the past three years as a Teaching Assistant at Southlawn elementary and also has been the Vice President/Student Affairs for the West Irondequoit Central PTSA. Mrs. Kane is a 2001 graduate of IHS!
