The book that helps you heal emotional triggers so you can stop lashing out, numbing out, or checking. This process teaches you to go into the root of the trigger and melt it with love ❤️ #emotional#triggers#giftidea
One of the things I’ve learned again and again is that healing doesn’t happen in isolation. Something beautiful comes alive when a small group of people gather with openess and compassion. The heaviness lifts. The soul recogntion lights up. The emotional knots inside each of us start to melt. There’s this shared sense of loving presence that lets everyone breathe more fully into who they actually are. A brilliant students in one of my Heal What Hurts online groups recently said: this feels like a loving presence hospital, where we can all heal. So true ❤️
These reviews make my heart leap with joy. Like it wasn’t all for naught. This book was so born out of my own e-e-e-elongated, ongoing healing journey across continents. Ultimately, always pointing me back to the Divine Light of Love in my heart, in your heart, in this moment, and the capacity to bring that Loving powerful Presence to the most contracted pain inside. Again and again . Like true, real love does. Consistent, unconditional, I’m here. I love you. I’ve got you ❤️
Before a pattern breaks, it contracts. It feels worse. And it takes all the loving presence we can muster to finally melt it and let the frozen energy flow and move through.
My prayer and my vision for my book, Heal What Hurts is simple: to bring the self-loving healing work of Heal What Hurts to anyone who needs it. Every time I wake up to another review, I feel deeply grateful. Each one feels like a small but meaningful step toward helping more people soften old contractions, return to genuine self-love, and slowly but surely heal the tender, contracted places inside ❤️
