I open my eyes to discover Matt Damon is a local and the media are reporting seismic activity and ground vibrations...
Have I woken up in California? 😳
It looks like that without a second general election Fine Gael have been re-elected!
They may not be perfect but there ours and we’re glad we don’t have that shower across the pond.

Pembro (Keytruda) has been approved by the European Medical Agency for head and neck cancer but the Irish government dragging their heals to approve it. I am forced to fundraise to save my life. https://t.co/ud8O5nl4rn

Thank you @ExtraIRL for highlighting my fight to get the life saving drug pembrolizumab. Please share, we need to keep the fight going to get this drug approved for ALL cancer types!

@MorenaMagnanini @1xWaters@INFO_NCPE Unfortunately I cannot because of my family situation, the drug is given every 3 weeks along with chemotherapy for a week so it would be very difficult for me to travel once a month. Thanks.
This is an audio link of my husband's interview on East Coast FM Yesterday about my battle to get the life saving cancer drug #pembrolizumab approved by the HSE and @irishlifehealth who are refusing to pay for my treatment.

Looks like our fight to speed up the process for drug approval is getting somewhere. Why is Ireland one of the slowest in Europe?

Thank you Declan for allowing Robert to come on the show this morning to talk about the disparity in the health service when it comes to this much needed cure for my cancer.

On the line, @radiodeclan is joined by Robert Waters whose wife Maria has advanced head and neck cancer.
They have been forced to pay almost €40,000 to fund a potentially life-saving treatment “Pembro”, which is available for free to cervical cancer patients.
