Regarding the response to earthquake damage in Venezuela, the Government of Japan decided on July 1 to dispatch a Japan Disaster Relief (JDR) Medical Team. The team consists of 42 members, including officials from MOFA and the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), as well as doctors, nurses, and other professionals. We will continue to stand by the people of Venezuela and consider providing necessary assistance based on the needs on the ground.
